Canadian Powder Tours is set up, operated and run daily by myself Susan and partner Ralph, both enthusiastic skiers, boarders and telemarkers.

    Ralph from Vancouver has raced with BC Juniors, taught and coached young racers and later concentrated more on free skiing, having carved turns with Glen Plake and tested the first ever snowboards in B.C. After 11 years in Whistler/Blackcomb he decided the deep snow, touring and no line ups were more appealing and settled in Fernie, B.C.

    Myself, Susan, born in this area of Canada grew up in England, and graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Tourism Management Degree (B.A Hns). Having spent a number of years skiing in Europe I returned to my Canadian roots. I have been chefing in reputable restaurants in Whistler and Fernie for the past number years. Ralph and I have been skiing/riding and touring this area with our dogs for enough years now to want to share it with our guests and pass on our local knowledge and experience.

We are young, professional and flexible to the needs of our guests.
